Men's Shelter Bio

The Gjoa Haven Men’s Shelter, opened in February 2025. It provides safe and temporary housing for men experiencing homelessness in the community. With eight beds available, the shelter offers a supportive and welcoming environment focused on well-being, stability, and connecting clients with 
essential services.

Grounded in cultural respect, dignity, and community-driven care, the shelter ensures that everyone has a safe place to stay while working toward long-term solutions and improved quality of life.
